Alex's focus is on functional rehabilitation for sports injuries, work-place and motor vehicle injuries as well as chronic/repetitive conditions.

Background & Experience

Alex Forget is a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor in Health and Physical Education Promotion with a specialisation in Health Promotion from Laurentian University, Sudbury (2019), as well as a Master of Health Sciences Physiotherapy degree from the University of Ottawa (2022). Alex is fluently bilingual (French & English) and plans on expanding his therapeutic training through continuing education courses. Alex was born and raised in the Greater Sudbury district and grew a multi-sport athlete playing competitive Hockey and Baseball. He strongly believes in a patient centred approach to help his clients maximize their rehabilitation goals.

Alex has completed his Level 1 Functional Dry-Needling. In the near future, Alex is looking to pursue additional training in manual & manipulative therapy, functional range conditioning as well as advanced levels of dry needling to continuously improve his treatment skills to benefit his patients.
