Our FAQ's

Unfortunately, OHIP only covers physiotherapy visits (no coverage for massage/naturopath) at a licensed facility and only if you meet their specific criteria. Also, there is typically a significant waitlist for these services as they are limited in the number of cases they can provide.
Under normal circumstances we do not offer direct billing. However, if it poses a barrier to treatment, we will consider cases on a situational basis and we can directly bill most extended health benefit plans. There are several plans that do not allow direct billing by a private clinic (even if your dentist can direct bill). Additionally, some plans do require a physician’s referral (especially for massage). For specific details of your plan requirements, please call the number located on your benefit card.
Unfortunately, our physiotherapists and massage therapists do not provide coverage under WSIB. We will continue to work with you through your private benefits and our physiotherapists can provide FAF forms for your employer.

The practitioner will explain their recommendations for treatment and future visits/testing. In most cases (time-dependent) your practitioner will provide treatment and/or recommendations during the initial visit.
